Limited Warranty

AquaViser products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

During the warranty period, AquaViser may, at its discretion:

  • repair the product,
  • replace the product with an equivalent product, or
  • refund the original purchase price.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

All warranty claims must first be assessed by AquaViser Support prior to returning any product for repair, replacement, or inspection. Products returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

A return authorization number must be issued by AquaViser Support and included with the returned product.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • incorrect installation,
  • improper wiring or reverse polarity,
  • over-voltage or under-voltage conditions,
  • over-current or short-circuit conditions,
  • water ingress caused by incorrect installation, damaged seals, or environmental exposure,
  • physical abuse, impact, misuse, or unauthorized modification,
  • exposure to chemicals, fuel, saltwater corrosion, excessive heat, or harsh environmental conditions,
  • use outside the specified operating conditions,
  • unauthorized repair attempts,
  • firmware modification or unsupported software use,
  • normal cosmetic wear and tear.

Sensors, cables, batteries, adhesives, and other consumable or environmental-exposure components may have limited warranty coverage depending on application and operating conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaViser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the product or its readings.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • loss of property,
  • water damage,
  • vehicle damage,
  • tank overflow,
  • equipment downtime,
  • loss of profits,
  • loss of data,
  • agricultural or livestock losses,
  • maintenance costs,
  • or operational interruption.

AquaViser products are intended as informational monitoring devices only. Readings may be affected by installation conditions, sensor placement, environmental factors, wireless connectivity, electrical interference, power interruption, or component failure.

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying fluid levels and system status before relying on the product for operational, maintenance, agricultural, or safety-related decisions.

AquaViser products must not be relied upon as the sole means of preventing overflow, leakage, equipment failure, property damage, or safety-critical incidents.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Intended Use Disclaimer

AquaViser products are intended for general fluid level monitoring and informational purposes only.

The product is not designed for use in safety-critical, medical, emergency response, life-support, or other applications where inaccurate readings, delayed notifications, or product failure could result in injury, property damage, environmental harm, or other consequential losses.

Users are responsible for independently verifying fluid levels and system status before relying on the product for operational or maintenance decisions.
