Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Any promotional free shipping offers apply only to eligible orders and destinations as specified at the time of purchase.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

AquaViser is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, customers should contact AquaViser Support as soon as possible.

AquaViser may assist with carrier investigations where applicable; however, resolution timeframes may depend on the shipping provider.

Packaging damage should be photographed prior to opening where possible.

 

Authority to Leave

Where a shipping service includes Authority to Leave (ATL), parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address at the carrier’s discretion.

AquaViser is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed by the carrier.

 

International Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • import duties,
  • taxes,
  • customs fees,
  • and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.
