AquaViser Wireless Tank Monitoring System

The AquaViser System is a 12V-powered, wireless tank monitoring and pump control solution designed for caravans, campervans, and mobile or off-grid water systems. It provides real-time visibility of tank levels and water temperature, with the ability to control a water pump remotely — without requiring any signal cabling between components.

System architecture

The system consists of two or three modules:

• AquaViser (LCD Display)
  User interface for monitoring and control. Requires only a 12V power connection.
• AquaCast Module
  Powered by 12V and interfaces with sensors and controls a 12V pump. A second AquaCast module can add another tank to display on the screen (4 total).

All communication is wireless, simplifying installation in existing or pre-fabricated setups.

Sensor support

The AquaCast module supports:

• Up to 3 tank level sensors (e.g. drinking, tap or  grey water tanks, as well as petrol or diesel tanks)
• Optional water temperature sensor – uses one sensor input (tank 3)
• to show 4 channels (4 tanks, or 3 tanks and 1 temperature) a second AquaCast module is required.

Configuration and control

The system allows:

• Custom tank names and capacities
• 12V water pump control
• Sensor calibration (empty/full voltage thresholds)
• ‘Water low’ as well as ‘waste-water near-full’ custom alarms
• LCD backlight brightness adjustment
• Configurable display dimming timer
• Temperature gauge display (temp probe sold separately)

Installation

Designed for retrofit or new installations where running signal cables is difficult or undesirable. Suitable for caravans, campervans, boats and other 12V water systems.
